How do I identify an eligible Induction Stove model in stores? 

Induction stoves are stoves that use only induction cooking methods (i.e. electromagnetic energy) to heat cookware directly and do not produce any flames.   

Given that retailers may offer different models, it is advisable to enquire with them about the specific models that are eligible for purchase with the Climate Vouchers.
