To encourage greater involvement in climate action, the enhanced Climate Friendly Households Programme will be expanded from 15 April 2026 to include 5-tick clothes dryers and induction stoves, allowing households to use their unspent Climate Vouchers on a wider range of resource-efficient products.

As per the Resource Sustainability Act, the retailer that delivers regulated consumer products such as Air-conditioners, Refrigerators and Washing Machines, is required to help you dispose of your unwanted/ old appliance of the same product type for free upon request.
You may also dispose of your old/spoilt LED light bulbs at E-Waste Collection Points located island-wide.
