To be eligible for the Climate Vouchers, you must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident registered and residing at an HDB flat, or a Singapore Citizen registered and residing at a private residential property. Each eligible household* is only entitled to one set of $300 vouchers and one set of $100 vouchers.

Eligible households who have claimed their $300 Climate Vouchers can claim the additional $100 vouchers to offset the upfront cost of any of the eligible CFHP products during the programme period i.e. until 31 December 2027.

The enhanced Climate Friendly Households Programme (CFHP) aims to encourage households to adopt energy- and water-efficient products by helping to defray part of the upfront cost of the eligible products. As these energy- and water-efficient products can be shared within the dwelling unit, multiple families/tenants living in the same registered address are collectively entitled to one set of $300 and one set of $100 Climate Vouchers for the address. Only one member of the dwelling unit needs to claim the Climate Vouchers and share the voucher links with the rest of the members.

The Climate Vouchers are intended for the residents of the unit to offset the upfront cost of more resource-efficient appliances and fittings. In this regard, the unit owner whose registered address is not at the unit will not be eligible to claim Climate Vouchers for the unit.

Please note that only one member needs to claim the Climate Vouchers on behalf of the entire household/dwelling unit. You may forward the unique SMS links to share the vouchers with your household members.

b) Login with Singpass.

c) Receive an SMS from gov.sg, which will contain a unique link to your Climate Vouchers.

d) Repeat the steps to claim the $300 Climate Vouchers, if you have not done so

The $300 and $100 Climate Vouchers will expire on 31 December 2027.

Yes, you will need a mobile device with an active mobile data or internet connection plan.

If you do not have a mobile device, please request a household member to claim the vouchers on behalf of your household.

If you do not have a mobile device and/or are unable to access your Singpass, and would like to have printed vouchers instead, please submit your request via this form. Should you require further assistance, you may contact NEA at 6225 5632.      

To retrieve the voucher link for your Climate Vouchers, please visit go.gov.sg/cv-claimand log in with Singpass again. You will be able to get your unique voucher link sent via an SMS from gov.sg.

You may visit go.gov.sg/cv-claim, log in to Singpass, and type in your new mobile phone number to have your voucher link sent to your new mobile device.

You will be required to verify your mobile number via an SMS One Time Password (OTP) when claiming your Climate Vouchers. If you keyed in the wrong mobile number, simply return to the previous page to key in your mobile number again.

The SMS containing the voucher link unique to your household will only be sent after you have verified your mobile number, which helps to ensure that vouchers are not sent to the wrong mobile number.

An SMS with your unique voucher link will only be sent to your mobile number upon you verifying the mobile number that is used for claiming the vouchers.

The SMS can be identified by the sender name "gov.sg". Please also check that your unique voucher link starts with the following prefix, "voucher.redeem.gov.sg”. Do not trust or click vouchers starting with other prefixes.

NEA, PUB and RedeemSG will never send any SMS requesting for your bank details to claim your Climate Vouchers. If you receive such an SMS, please do not click on the link or reply.

If you detect any suspicious messages relating to RedeemSG or Climate Vouchers, please contact NEA at 6225 5632, or submit the information online at https://www.police.gov.sg/I-Witness or file a police report by calling 1800 255 0000.

As eligible residents will receive the vouchers based on their registered address at the point of claim, new homeowners should claim the Climate Vouchers under their new address, after they have updated their registered address with ICA and their new address is visible on Singpass.

Singapore Citizens (SC) or Permanent Residents (PR) whose address is registered at an HDB flat and SCs registered at a private residential property are eligible to claim the $300 and $100 Climate Vouchers under the enhanced Climate Friendly Households Programme.

If you receive the following error message on RedeemSG “Sorry, you’re not eligible for the Climate Vouchers” but reside at an eligible address for residential purpose (e.g. living quarters of shophouses, pre-war Singapore Improvement Trust flats, Kampong Lorong Buangkok) please fill in this form for assistance. If you had shifted into a newly TOP private residential property between Jan 2025 and Mar 2025, please try to claim the vouchers again in May 2025.

For private properties that received TOP after March 2025, please submit your request directly here. Please note that it will take 3-4 weeks for us to get back to you due to a high volume of requests.

You may retain the set of vouchers claimed at your previous address and provide any documentation of the previous address (e.g. utility bills, credit card bills, etc.) for verification by the cashier when making purchases with your Climate Vouchers. You may wish to inform the new owners of your previous address to visit go.gov.sg/cv-feedback for their appeal for the Climate Vouchers.

The Climate Vouchers can be used to purchase 10 types of energy- and water-efficient household products. These includes Refrigerators (3 tick and above), Air-conditioners (5 tick), Direct current fans, LED lights (2 tick and above), Heat pump water heaters, Washing machines (4 tick), Shower fittings (3 tick), Water closets (3 tick), Sink/Bib taps and mixers (3 tick) and Basin taps and mixers (3 tick).

You can spend your Climate Vouchers on eligible items at any participating retailers' store. You may refer to the full list of participating retailers here. To prevent any misuse of your vouchers, you are strongly encouraged to purchase only from the participating retailers listed on our website.

For digital vouchers:

1. Tap on your unique voucher link in the SMS sent by gov.sg

2. Show the cashier any proof of the residential address that was used to claim the vouchers. The address displayed on the voucher should match the address displayed on the proof (e.g. NRIC, utility bills ).

3. Choose the voucher amount you want to spend and show the QR code to the cashier for scanning.

For printed vouchers:

1. Show the cashier any proof of identity. The name displayed on the printed voucher should match the address displayed on the proof (e.g. NRIC, utility bills).

2. Inform the cashier that amount you want to spend and pass your vouchers to the cashier for scanning.

Note: Please do not cut the printed vouchers but present the entire sheets of vouchers to the cashier, including the first sheet that displays your name at the top left-hand corner. This is to allow the cashier to verify your name on the printed vouchers against your personal identification document.

Yes, households can combine the $300 Climate Voucher and $100 Climate Voucher to offset up to $400 from a single purchase. 

You may show the retailer your digital NRIC through the Singpass mobile app, or any recent utility bills or documents that shows the address displayed on your digital vouchers or the name on your printed vouchers.

No, this step of checking your NRIC does not violate the PDPA, as it will only be used for verification purposes, and would not be shared for marketing purposes. If requested, we seek your cooperation to allow the retail staff to check the address on your personal identification documents (or any recent utility bills or documents) against the address on your Climate Vouchers.

The retailer should not be taking a photo or photocopy of your NRIC or any other personal identification document. The NRIC or any other personal identification document is to be returned to you immediately upon verification.

You may select the voucher amount you would like to spend. For example, you can spend $30 worth of Climate Vouchers on eligible LED lights today and use the remaining voucher amount at a later date on another eligible product. 

Multiple Climate Vouchers across different households (e.g. one set of $300 Climate Vouchers from your household and one set of $100 Climate Vouchers from another household) cannot be combined in a single transaction. 

You are only eligible to use up to $400 of your own Climate Vouchers in a single transaction. 

No. NEA/PUB will not reimburse residents for purchases made without the Climate Vouchers. Only participating retailers can accept the Climate Vouchers for purchase of eligible products.

The Climate Vouchers can only be scanned in-person and cannot be scanned remotely. Some participating retailers allow customers to place online orders with an option to scan customers’ Climate Vouchers at the point of delivery. You may refer to the “Remarks” column of this PDF list to identify which participating retailers offer such a service.

Yes. You may share your unique voucher link with your household members, by clicking on “Info & help”, followed by “Share your vouchers” in RedeemSG. You can also forward the voucher link SMS directly to your household members. However, please be careful when sharing your unique voucher link with others as anyone with access to the link may be able to spend the vouchers. We seek your understanding that there will be no reinstatement made for vouchers that were shared erroneously.

1. If your family member lives with you, they can produce their own NRIC or any document showing their residential address which matches the address on the vouchers to the cashier at the point of purchase. 

2. If your family member does not live with you, they will have to produce a copy of your personal identification document (showing your residential address) to the cashier at the point of purchase.

Yes, you may authorise a non-household member (e.g. a family member or trusted friend) to buy eligible items for you using your household’s Climate Vouchers. The authorised person will have to bring a copy of your personal identification document showing your address for verification by the participating retailer. To prevent any misuse of your vouchers, please do not share your Climate Voucher links or QR codes through social media, messaging apps, or any digital platforms with external parties

No, the Climate Vouchers cannot be sold or exchanged for any form of cashback or store credit. NEA/PUB reserves the right to void any Climate Vouchers found to be sold or exchanged for any form of cashback or store credit, recover the monetary value of the Climate Vouchers, and escalate the matter to the relevant authorities.  Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of the Climate Vouchers here. 

No, there will be no cash change or store credit provided if the purchase amount is less than the voucher amount selected.

You may access your voucher link in the SMS sent by “gov.sg” to find out the remaining balance of your Climate Vouchers. The value will be shown in the “Balance” as per the screenshot below.

There is no option to donate the Climate Vouchers. The programme aims to encourage households to reduce their energy and water consumption, while saving costs in the long run. As such, we encourage you to use your vouchers to buy energy and/or water efficient appliances and/or fittings, if they need to be replaced.

To prevent any misuse of your vouchers, please do not share your Climate Voucher links or QR codes through social media, messaging apps, or any digital platforms with non-participating retailers or with others who are not in your household. These vouchers are meant for in-person redemption at participating retail stores during checkout or upon delivery when the retail staff is present.

Under the Terms and Conditions of the Climate Vouchers, all products purchased with the Climate Vouchers are strictly non-refundable. In other words, Climate Vouchers cannot be reinstated once scanned. Please ensure that the products you are purchasing with the Climate Vouchers are suitable for your household, before proceeding with the purchase.

This is subject to the exchange policy of the participating retailer. Please note that if your retailer allows exchanges, the replacement product must be an eligible product under the enhanced CFHP. You may wish to check with the participating retailer on their exchange policy before making the purchase. 

No, the Climate Vouchers cannot be reinstated once they have been scanned. Customers are encouraged to check that the voucher denominations that they select are as close as possible to the purchase amount, before proceeding with the purchase.

The requirements are:

a. Sell at least one of the 10 eligible products, and 

b. Use a physical Point of Sales (POS) system (i.e. online transactions are not supported) that can:

i. connect to the internet to redeem Climate Vouchers in real-time via API integration,

ii. configure a whitelisting module for eligible products (i.e. a module in your POS or Sales system that can ensure that the Climate Vouchers are only used for NEA/PUB-approved items), and

iii. support QR code scanning.

Notwithstanding the above criteria, retailers are reminded to ensure that (i) the physical outlet that your company intends to use to accept the Climate Vouchers is approved for retail use and complies with the relevant authority's requirements e.g. JTC's Land Use Requirements, and (ii) the controlled goods that you wish to sell under the programme are affixed with the Safety Mark, in line with the Consumer Protection (Safety Requirements) Regulations.
